What we do
- Toilet and faucet replacement (same spot, no new lines)
- Doors and cabinets: hinges, latches, handles, doors that stick or won't close
- TV mounting
- Shelves, curtain rods and picture hanging
- Drywall patches
- Grout and caulk repair
- Small interior painting
- Furniture assembly
Bigger projects
We don't take remodeling or work that needs a building permit. For that you'll need a licensed contractor.
Pricing
Most jobs get a flat price. Send a few photos and you get that price in writing before we start.
For a short list of small tasks, or when a job is hard to price from photos, we work by the hour: $150 for the first hour, $100 for each hour after. No separate trip charge.
If we find something that changes the price, we tell you and wait for your OK before going on.
