KST Handyman is a business name of KASATKIN LLC. This policy explains how we handle information you give us by phone, text or email, and through this website.

Information you give us

When you contact us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email, city, a description of the work, photos and messages. Our phone and messaging providers also process phone numbers, message content, times and delivery details. Do not send passwords, payment card details or ID documents.

Calls and our phone assistant

Calls to (650) 780-6722 are answered by our automated phone assistant, and we tell you at the start of the call that it may be recorded. We record calls to keep an accurate record of your request and any consent you give. The assistant uses an AI service provider to understand and answer the call; that provider processes the audio only to provide this service to us. If you prefer not to be recorded, text or email us instead. We keep recordings for up to 12 months, and you can ask us to delete one by emailing office@ksthandyman.com.

How we use information

We use it to answer your request, prepare a written price, book a time, do the work and keep the related business records. SMS consent is used only for the texting purpose you agreed to.

Text messaging and your choices

You can start a text conversation with us, and we reply about that request. If you ask us for a price by phone, on a lead platform or in person and give us your mobile number, we may text you about that request only. We ask for your separate YES before sending appointment update texts. Texting is optional and is not a condition of buying our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS consent is not transferred to another business.

We use providers for website hosting, email, phone and text messaging, and the phone assistant. They process information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

This website has no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to deliver the site.
